There is always the possibility that we will send the wrong order or a defective product. Odel e-shop makes an effort within reasonable limits, to minimize those mistakes. However, some of the mistakes are beyond our abilities such as when we send a defective product that came that way from the manufacturers.
Returns and Exchanges are allowed according to the following rules:
- Returns that arise due to our mistake, will immediately be replaced after telephone concern and the necessary check. The shipping expenses are payed by Odel e-shop.
- Products that are defective within the period of 10 days from the day of the purchase can be replaced by sending an image to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the image, the damage or defective point must be indicated clearly. We will contact you thereafter to inform you the replacement procedure. We do this because in many cases the damage on the product is the result of the wrong usage of the product.
- Products that are intact and include their original packaging can be replaced within 20 days. Shipping expenses of defective products arrived from the factory, are paid by us. Otherwise, the shipping costs for returns are customer responsibility.
